Funding In these challenging times, businesses need to keep a tight rein on costs yet research shows that businesses that do not train their workforce are 2.5 times more likely to fail than those that do. This is why the Government is putting more funding and flexibility into skills support for businesses through various initiatives.
The Welsh Assembly Government has a variety of funding and grant schemes available. Funding is also available for individuals who have recently been made redundant or are under the threat of redundancy. ReAct Funding has been made available by various local authorities and can cover up to £2,500 of training costs.
